John Stanley is an internationally respected expert who has contributed to garden retail for more than 20 years in 15 countries. He works with garden centers and nurseries around the world, assisting with merchandising, staff and management training, customer flow, customer service and image. He has been in retailing all his life, growing up above his father’s pharmacy shop in the U.K. He has a Master of Science (Horticulture) from Essex University.
