Amy Cox is founder of Cutting Edge Culinary & Garden Consulting. Cutting Edge is an appropriate name for her business, because her consultative sales and marketing expertise has been focused on bringing innovative concepts to market. In the cardiology medical device field, Amy represented new technologies that transformed medical treatment options for patients, doctors and staff alike. This 15-year professional experience and a life-changing diagnosis of thyroid disease made her value disease-free living, so she shifted her focus to promoting and developing sustainable living concepts. Clients of Cutting Edge include nationally renowned culinary talents such as Chef Paul Virant of Vie Restaurant (one of Food & Wine Magazine’s Best New Chefs 2007) and Mixologist Adam Seger (dubbed, “Charlie Trotter of cocktails”), as well as corporations, such as Moet Hennessy. Her work with these clients has been featured in publications such as the Chicago Sun-Times and Time Out magazine.
