Freight Delivery Options All exhibitors on the main show floor who wish to use the Lakeside | McCormick loading docks are first required to check-in at the Marshalling Yard at McCormick Place (31st Street and Lake Shore Drive). Your other options are to ship your freight in advance to the advance warehouse or hand-carry in your own display and goods. All booths not on the main show floor have access to a loading dock. These exhibitors must either ship their freight in advance or hand-carry it in themselves. Need Loading Dock Access? Each booth is assigned a Marshalling Yard Arrival Time listed by booth number (see below). This is the assigned time of the day your carrier or vehicle must check into the Marshalling Yard Office (31st Street and Lake Shore Drive). This is NOT your actual unloading time. Once you check in at the Marshalling Yard during your assigned time window, you will proceed from there to the loading dock on a first-come, first-served basis. See Exhibitor Service Manual for details. Please contact Catalyst Exposition if you have any questions or concerns. If you cannot arrive during your assigned Marshalling Yard time, you MUST contact the Catalyst Exposition by July 12 to reschedule or overtime charges will apply. Shipping Your Freight in Advance? UNLOADING YOUR OWN VEHICLE AT IGC: Automobile and Small Utility Vehicle (ASUV) Program Only a registered exhibitor is qualified to participate in the ASUV program. Check-in for exhibitors will take place at the Marshalling Yard Office (3050 S. Moe Drive) where drivers will receive an ASUV Pass and will be directed to the designated ASUV dock in the correct exhibit booth building. You will not be allowed access to the dock without an ASUV Pass. While parked in the dock, exhibitor staff must work as a team of at least two people and one person must remain with the vehicle at all times. Vehicles must be unloaded within a 20-minute period. Exhibitor or exhibitor's employees are defined as any person who has been employed by the exhibitor as full-time employee for a minimum of six months before the show's opening (be prepared to provide proof of full-time employment status upon request). If your vehicle does not meet the criteria below, you will need to follow Marshalling Yard instructions for truck check-in (material handling charges will be based on published kit rates).
